Flush-Line Group LTD is pleased to announce the successful completion of works delivered in support of Balfour Beatty plc on the £42 million Little Horsted Substation project.

26.01.2026

The project represented a significant collaborative effort, bringing together multiple specialist divisions within the Flush-Line Group. Our Tanker Operations, CCTV Mainline Inspection, and Confined Space Safety teams worked in close coordination to ensure the works were delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with programme requirements.

To support the scope of works, Flush-Line Group deployed a range of specialist equipment, including our 4k tanker, 13-tonne combination unit, and dedicated CCTV camera inspection van. This integrated approach enabled effective execution across all phases of the project, demonstrating both operational capability and logistical precision.

Delivering infrastructure projects of this scale requires rigorous adherence to compliance, environmental controls, and industry-leading health and safety standards. Flush-Line Group maintains a proactive safety culture, underpinned by robust procedures, trained operatives, and continual monitoring, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest possible standard.

The successful delivery of the Little Horsted Substation project reflects the professionalism, experience, and commitment of our teams on site, as well as the strength of our working relationship with Balfour Beatty plc.

This achievement marks a strong start to the year for Flush-Line Group LTD and reinforces our position as a trusted delivery partner for complex, high-value infrastructure projects across the UK.
